Liveaboard holidays offer guests greater diving flexibility compared to land based packages, and are more suited to the adventurous diver. Sleeping in comfort aboard your boat, you are granted the best of both worlds – the chance to explore remote and unspoilt reefs, and the freedom to enjoy the more popular sites in the quiet of the night and early morning, when the marine world is at its best. To join a Liveaboard, guests must hold a diving qualification equivalent to BSAC Sports Diver or PADI Advanced Open Water, with 30 logged dives, (50 for the marine parks and Sudan). All itineraries are subject to change according to weather conditions and government regulation. 2014 - Diving World now offers mini liveaboard safaris from Mersa Alam for 3 and 4 night trips.

Diving World Red Sea Liveaboard Fleet

In 1992, the passion for this particular sea, together with the desire to satisfy our clients by offering them new excitement, led us to discover new frontiers in underwater tourism in the Red Sea, like the islands of Zabargad and Rocky, until then almost unknown to the sector.

All our cruisers were carefully designed with both your safety and comfort in mind. We began offering Liveboards boats in 1995 with m/y Amélie, followed by vessels with now nostalgic names such as Greta, Sir Cousteau, Hima and more. Wanting to access more remote dive sites in shorter cruising time, whilst emulating Hotel like accommodation and standards at Sea, our Liveaboards set a new trend with bigger, faster and more luxurious vessels, without ever losing sight of purpose:  The diving.

Diving World Liveaboards offer you the best service available in the Red Sea, backed by our PADI Diving Centres in Hurghada, Sham El Sheikh and Marsa Alam. Our boats have state of the art diving facilities such as technical equipment and enhanced compressors. Such accommodation and modern diving facilities provide an overall enhanced holiday and diving experience in terms of relaxation, comfort, well-being and safety whilst still maintaining a sense of adventure made all the more possible by our hand-picked dive guides, who know what to show you and where to find it.
